Refund Policy
You may request a full refund on any training product or planner you purchase at Multimedia Content Solutions within seven days of purchase and it will be given without delay and no questions asked. Request can be made by email.
Refunds on any services or consulting sessions will be made on a pro-rated basis if service/sessions have already begun. Requests must be received via email or phone within 14 days from purchase.
Done for you content (aka Private Label Rights content or PLR) is non-refundable given the digital nature of how the product is delivered.
